Please know that for every home service booking, there is a fixed call out fee of  calculated based on distance from Witney, as follows:

  • Up to 5 miles from Witney: £30 per visit

  • Up to 10 miles from Witney: £37.50 per visit

  • Over 10 miles: The callout fee will be confirmed when the appointment is booked, based on the location.

 

This fee covers the convenience of expert vet care at home - saving you time, reducing stress for your pet, and ensuring no surprise costs.

Cancellation Policy

We will always confirm your appointment in advance. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a £15 cancellation fee.
