In the event of having an emergency with your pet during working hours please contact us on 07706 360278.
One of our vets will assess the situation and advise on the best approach.
In some cases, when a pet needs a hospital admission immediately or if we are unable to attend to your pet in due time, we may refer you to the emergency vet team at Woodstock 24 Hour Hospital.

How does a home visit work? We make it easy and calm from the start. Simply book online or give us a call to arrange a convenient time. Please note that you must register with our practice before we can arrange a visit. In case of emergencies, registration can be completed as soon as possible. On the day, we arrive at your home with all the necessary equipment - whether it's vaccinations, wellness checks, or ultrasound. You can be right there with your pet throughout the appointment, which many owners find comforting. We take the time to get to know your pet, build trust, and work at their pace - no rushing, no waiting rooms, no stress.
Can you still treat my pet properly without a full clinic setup? Yes, absolutely. Our mobile service is fully equipped for most routine and diagnostic procedures including vaccinations, wellness exams, ultrasound scans, pregnancy checks, travel certificates, and more. We carry the same professional-grade equipment you’d find in a traditional vet setting, but we deliver it to your doorstep. If your pet ever needs something more complex, we can guide you to trusted local partners - we're here to help you every step of the way.
Is a mobile vet more expensive than a traditional clinic? We understand that cost matters, especially when you're doing your best to give your pet the care they deserve. While mobile services may have a call-out fee, many of our clients are pleasantly surprised that overall, the pricing is very comparable to a clinic- especially when you factor in the convenience, no travel, and no added stress for your pet. We’re transparent with our fees and always happy to talk you through them in advance, so there are no surprises.
